Digital Printing: We print large format full color posters and signs, vinyl banners, self-adhesive decals, and translucent film for backlit signs. We also print exterior quality 4-color digital graphics with custom contour cutting. Laminating and Mounting: Digital printing laminated and mounted to foam core, Gatorfoam®, PVC or polystyrene sheet, wood, metal or acrylic. Clear overlaminates. Custom cut background shapes. Vinyl Lettering: Lettering and images cut into self-adhesive vinyl up to 48" height in one piece. We stock a full line of colors and materials. Vinyl imagery can be purchased ready-to-apply and transferred to virtually any smooth surface. Up to 7 year exterior durability. We can also apply the graphic to any of our standard substrates or to custom surfaces such as display constructions, walls or vehicles. CNC Routing: Our Sabre milling machine can cut complex multi-level and perfectly matching parts, letters and designs out of wood, plastic, foam and non-ferrous metals. Sizes up to 50" by 120" in one piece. Plotting: Pen drawings for paper patterns and templates. 48" width by any length. Hand Lettering: Traditional fine hand lettering, brush and airbrush, on glass and painted substrates. Custom Painting: Faux finishing and super graphic paintings for sets and display backgrounds Color Matching: Custom colors can be matched for digital printing or for painted surfaces.
